Hot Tub Reviews on Google and TrustPilot

"Delivered On All Promises End to end service was excellent. The delivery was completed without any issue despite so tricky steps to go up and down. Sunil was very available, supportive through the process and responsive on phone and email, and delivered on all promises, no fuss. Generally very happy!"

"Quote me if you wish. Outstanding! Spencer arrived at 2.30pm yesterday. Replaced the pump and got everything started and the Spa began to heat up when I get home tonight. Hoping temp has reached setting and chemical levels are as required. Thank you for getting the problem sorted so quickly, without fuss and for your excellent service 18 months after purchase. Just recommended you to my daughters boyfriends family! Quote me if you wish. Outstanding!"

"Professionally Installed! I recommend Sunil and his installation team. My Villeroy & Boch hot tub was delivered one week earlier than promised and professionally installed by Ben and his assistant"

"Excellent Service. From start to finish we had excellent service from Sunny and the installation team. Sunny is very knowledgeable about his products giving us detailed comments and information about the various Wellis tubs so we were able to make the right decision - as has been proved by the delight with ours these past 4 months. He also offers after care and advice for your tub although the running and maintenance is easy and minimal. He is very professional with a gentle caring manner."

"Fully recommended. I have been really pleased with the service from Sunil at Aqua Tubs, all responses to queries have been dealt with quickly and the whole process, including delivery and installation, has been hassle free. I would whole heartedly recommend the service offered"

"Delighted with the Service. I was delighted with the service from Sunil when ordering the hot tub and the installation went really smoothly. I would highly recommend Aqua Tubs."

"Delivery went without a hitch. As we already owned a Hot Tub we knew roughly what we wanted and we're pleased with the information Sunil offered us. The delivery went without a hitch and we were impressed when Sunil came out with the Hot Tub fitters and stayed until the tub was full to run through the keypad options. I would recommend Aquatubs at Ladds Garden Centre to anyone wishing to purchase a Hot Tub. Many thanks Sunil."

"What a service. I am writing to say how impressed and professional you and Aquatubs were in dealing with my new hot tub purchase. Had been looking for quite a while and went to Aqua Hot Tubs at Ladds Garden Village. Sunil listened to what I was looking for, all his knowledge and advice is vast. Hence placed the order, next day Sunil came and done a site visit, one week later Wellis hot tub arrived. Guys that installed tub very professional and took time and explained how tub worked. They would not leave until I totally knew all I needed to know. What a service. If you are looking for a hot tub then pop along and see Sunil, cant say enough. Great Professional Service."

"Such A Fantastic Experience. I would just like to write and thank you for such a fantastic experience that aqua hot tubs has given me.

"Delighted with our Wellis hot tub. We are delighted with our Wellis hot tub, which has been much used over the past month since we bought it from Aqua Hot Tubs in Hare Hatch. The tub itself is very well made, high specification for the price and looks great on our decking, and the buying experience was superb from start to finish. Having previously contacted a few other hot tub suppliers and been met with the usual range of sales tactics and the faintest whiff of manure, it was a breath of fresh air to meet Sunil, who is very genuine, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient! He was happy to spend time with us answering our many questions, showing us the range of tubs available, explaining the differences and range of features available and assisting us in selecting one that met both our requirements and our budget, even going to the extent of filling a display tub so we could feel the pressure from the jets to reassure us that it would be powerful enough. To our delight, the tub we chose was in stock and able to be delivered that very afternoon! The delivery and installation were well managed and went without a hitch, with more personal service from Sunil. We would definitely recommend Aqua Hot Tubs and would not hesitate to return, without the need to look elsewhere first. "

"Very Impressed by the Whole Service. Sunil provided excellent knowledge when we were looking to buy our hot tub. He also made the transition very easy for us, as we had complications with not having access to our back garden. He organised a crane company independent to Aqua Tubs. Both teams worked well together and everything went smoothly. We are very impressed by the whole service and advice that was given, which was very efficient. We would like to thank everyone involved."

"The best tub for us. We spent a lot of time reviewing hot tub suppliers and were very unsure until we met Sunil, having never owned a tub before. He explained all the Pro’s and Con’s which we found very useful in deciding the best tub for us. We found dealing with AquaTubs very easy and so far their services have been second to none, the installation team were very friendly and well experienced. "

"So glad that I got a Hot Tub now! Just a quick thank you for the great service and patience you had with me when I was in And out asking questions all the time I am so glad that I got a Hot Tub now ! Many thanks again"

"Hours of Pleasure . We bought our Wellis hot tub two years ago, and has been one of the best investments, giving hours of pleasure relaxing but also health beneficial. The after sales is one of the best, very friendly, always happy to answer any query. Nothing is too much trouble, definitely this company want you to get the best from your hot tub."

"Music System is Just Amazing! Took delivery of my Wellis hot tub from Sunil at Aqua Tubs nearly 3 years ago. He certainly knows his stuff and took the time to explain how each model differs. We still love the tub (and so do our friends) and have not seen any change to my electricity bill. Once it heats up to temperature it just ticks over as the tub and cover are well insulated. The integrated Bluetooth music system is just amazing! Have recommended and continue to recommend Aqua Tubs. "

"FULL MARKS. We, as a family, are extremely happy with our new hot tub. The service we got from Sunil and his team was friendly and very efficient and they are always on hand to help while we are getting used to the workings of it. We would highly recommend them. "
