Engineer Contact

The below details are important to the successful installation of your hot tub. Please confirm you understand and that the site will be pre-prepared according to the following statements before the engineers arrive.We cannot confirm your exact delivery window in advance but the engineer allocated to your order will contact you en-route with an estimated time of arrival.

Finance Signatory
If the hot tub has been purchased using our finance option, the person who arranged the finance must be there on the day to sign and complete the delivery paperwork before the hot tub can be unloaded.

Cover Lifter
If you are adding a cover lifter, we recommend that it is fitted so that the lid folds away from the control panel. If you are standing at the control panel side, you will require 15-20cm of space to the left and right and approximately 60cm at the rear as the lid tilts before it hangs flat.

Base
We recommend that at least 60cm of space is left on at least two sides of your hot tub so the pannels can easily be removed for maintenance.Your chosen hot tub area must be completely flat, level and able to support a weight of at least 2 tonnes. Placing your hot tub directly onto grass, soil or gravel is not suitable as it will shift over time, unbalancing your hot tub.

Power supply

Please confirm the power supply required

Please ensure the power cable you supply is long enough to go from your isolator switch, across the ground and around the tub to where you want your hot tub control panel to be, then add 1 Metre to allow flexibility for connection.Our install team will only connect the cable to the tub if you have booked our Delivery and Install Service.

Please ensure that your chosen tub location will be within reach of a nearby water supply and that you have a suitable hosepipe for filling the hot tub.

Access Check

The hot tub will be delivered on its side using a hot tub dolly. Please be aware the dolly has a wide turning circle and there cannot be any obstacles between the drop off and installation points.
As the tub will be delivered on its side and will have protective packaging, it will require a the width of any gates or pathways to be, at least, the tub depth plus 100cm, or 110cm for a larger tub. The minimum height of any roofs, gates or branches must be 30cm in addition to tub length/width.

Obstructions on Access Route
As the hot tub will be delivered on it's side, it will require the pathway to be at least 100cm wider than the depth of the hot tub, or 110cm for larger tubs.
There should be no obstructions below 30cm over the width/length of the hot tub.
For example: if the hot tub length is 200cm the height of the gate must be at least 230cm.

Does the minimum width/height of the side of the property satisfy the space requirements?

Photographs

We require you to upload photos or videos of the entire hot tub route from the kerbside to the final position of the hot tub using the secure link provided in your pre-delivery email. This helps our engineers to be as prepared as possible.

So, please ensure your video or photographs focus on any potential obstacles such as turns, narrow areas or steps.
