Our customer service team will review the details. If, there are any areas flagged as unsafe, or with a potential obstacle, they will be in touch within 2 working days to discuss the delivery in more detail and look at alternative routes.

During the delivery, our engineers will be on site for a while, so please ask them as many questions as you feel are necessary. You will receive an email shortly, containing several documents that will be helpful for you to have, for the daily running of your hot tub. It may be useful to give these a read through prior to the engineer’s arrival.
